Smart Solutions Australia started with one truck and a simple idea: manage underground utilities the way a client actually needs them managed.
Our story
From One Truck to a Growing Fleet
Smart Solutions Australia was founded in 2023 and grew fast, expanding from a single truck to a fleet of around 10 vehicles within its first few years. That growth came from being on the ground, solving problems and building a reputation project by project, with clients including Sydney Water, John Holland, WeBuild and D4C. Along the way, we've built digital systems for our safety and compliance documentation, so crews have what they need on site and clients get accurate, consistent records. Today, Smart Solutions Australia is moving beyond ad hoc project work into longer-term contracts with councils, utility owners and government agencies across New South Wales, backed by the same hands-on approach that built the business in the first place.
We handle underground investigation and pipeline asset management as one job, so you're never left managing the handoff between contractors yourself.
